For more than thirty-five years, Harry Carls has concentrated his practice in the area of community association law, providing a variety of legal services to condominium, homeowner, cooperative and timeshare associations. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, having represented aircraft modification and Fixed Based Operator companies. He is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Harry co-founded the Law Firm of Taylor & Carls, which became a part of Becker in 2013. Mr. Carls is also one of only 190 attorneys statewide who is a Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law.
