In continuing with our overview of the legislative changes from the 2023 legislative session which impact community associations, this week’s column will review HB 919, titled as the “Homeowners’ Association Bill of Rights.” HB 919 was approved by the Governor on June 12, 2023, and becomes effective on October 1, 2023.
