This comprehensive program is designed for current and aspiring community association board members, property managers, and homeowners who want to understand how to effectively govern and sustain their communities. 

Completion of the masterclass series will satisfy DPBR educational requirements for board members of condominiums and homeowners associations. 

Credits earned by managers who successfully complete the series will be submitted to the DBPR and count towards licensing requirements.

Foundation Series (Sessions 1-8)

Goal: Build the core knowledge every board and manager needs for effective, compliant, and efficient community leadership.

1. 8-class on-demand series taught by Becker’s board-certified attorneys.
2. Free for board members of Becker clients.
3. Introductory fee of $325 (a $450 value) for all managers and non-client board members.
4. IMPORTANT: You will have access to the bundle until Dec 31st, 2026.

Certification & Benefits

1. Receive digital certificates of completion for each of the eight courses to present to your property manager as proof of attendance.
2. Satisfy DBPR annual education requirements for board members.
3. Upon completion of the Bundle, receive a diploma within 30 days that is suitable for framing.
