PLEASE NOTE:
If you recently attended a LIVE online class and intend for the class’s credit to be applied prior to the 9/30/2022 license renewal deadline, you MUST complete and submit the Step 2 form no later than Monday, 9/26 at 2pm. If you submit after this date, your credits will be applied toward your 2022-2024 license renewal.
