Ellyn Bogdanoff , whose sponsorship of the companion House Bill 561 gives her special insight on the bill's issues, which include condominium insurance, elevator retrofitting, fire-sprinkler and fire-alarm retrofitting, and collection and foreclosures.

Will this webinar be available latter on a DVD or CD and if so how will it be available to the people who will not be able to attend the webinar?

RESPONSE: A link to the webinar will be posted on this site. The link will only be available for a certain amount of time (60 days or so) and I will send out an email notifying subscribers when it is posted.

RE 617.0809 filling board vacancies:
This statute was revised effective October 1, 2009 to require board vacancies to be until the next regular election.

Was 617.0809 changed again this year to revert back to the previous "... until the end of the term of the vacant seat."
